QUARTERLY ASSESSMENTS IN THE COLLAB

AGRISCIENCE FAIR

All students in the Ag Collab explore a topic in agriculture through the Agriscience Fair in Quarter 3. Over the course of the Spring Semester, students select a topic, design and complete research, write a college level research paper, and present their findings at the annual NCS Ag Collab Agriscience Fair in April. Winners of the local contest are invited to compete at the KY FFA State Convention in June. In 2023, the Ag Collab had 10 projects selected as State Champions!! Those winners then advanced to the National FFA Agriscience Fair in the fall. There were 3 projects selected to be National FInalists (Top 10) and several others landed among the Top 15. Explore the links from our National FInalists to learn more about their projects and celebrate the work of Ag Collab students!!
