HEALTH EDUCATION I
Health I addresses topics relating to the seven dimensions of wellness, including physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, occupational, and environmental. Topics covered include nutrition, The life cycle with sex education, mental/emotional health, consumerism, and community health. Students will learn how to take care of themselves, each other, and this place. *Course required for graduation.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION I
Physical Education I involves the teaching of lifetime Fitness assessment and improvement along with lifelong physical activities, sports and games. Movement and manipulative skills learned will be reinforced and advanced skills will be introduced. *Course required for graduation.

ADVANCED PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Involves the teaching of lifetime Fitness assessment and improvement along with lifelong physical activities, sports and games. Movement and manipulative skills learned will be reinforced and advanced skills will be introduced.
1 Credit, Grades 10-12
ADVANCED FITNESS & STRENGTH CONDITIONING
Advanced fitness and strength conditioning will build upon the fundamentals learned in the intro to strength and conditioning course. In this course, students will enhance their physical fitness with more advanced movements and olympic lifts including: hang clean, power clean, split jerk and push press. This is a course that will cater to students and student athletes that are looking to improve their physical fitness and overall well being.
