WINTER SPORTS
BOYS BASKETBALL
FIRST PRACTICE: OCT. 15
Boys Basketball provides opportunities for students to develop their skills, compete and be part of a team-focused program.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
FIRST PRACTICE: OCT. 15
Girls Basketball provides opportunities for students to develop their skills, compete and be part of a team-focused program.
Non-mandatory workouts are available from May through October 15. During the preseason (August–October), workouts are held 3–4 times per week to help athletes prepare for the season.
Students interested in participating must have an up-to-date sports physical submitted prior to joining the program.
BOWLING
PRACTICE BEGINS AFTER OCT. 1
Bowling combines individual skill with team competition, giving students the opportunity to build confidence, improve their game and compete alongside teammates. Our program welcomes bowlers of all experience levels.
Practices are held once a week based on bowling alley availability.

WRESTLING
FIRST PRACTICE: OCT. 15
Wrestling builds strength, discipline, resilience, and mental toughness while challenging athletes to compete at their best.

CHEERLEADING
FIRST PRACTICE: FEB. 15
Cheerleading combines teamwork, commitment and school spirit through athletic performance and competition. Season ends after the final basketball game. State Championship is typically held the third week of March.
Summer (June–July): Weekly practices at ACE Gym (8:00–10:00 a.m.) and mandatory cheer camp.
Preseason (August): Practices Tuesday–Thursday.
Football Season: Practices Tuesday–Wednesday; games on Fridays.
Basketball Season: Schedule varies, typically up to three evenings per week.
Tryouts: Held in late April or early May for the following school year. Tryouts include two open gym sessions to learn the required material, followed by a final evaluation of cheer, dance, jumps, tumbling, and spirit.

MARCHING BAND / COLOR GUARD
BAND CAMP IN SUMMER // PRACTICE TUES & THURS 3:30PM - 5:30PM
The marching band program performs at all home football games and participates in three parades. Marching band concludes when football season is over.
Band is open to everyone regardless of expereience level. It is highly recommended to enroll in school band course
